BalloonBid is a pay-to-rank leaderboard. Bid any amount to list your product, website, or X @handle — the highest bidder floats at the top of the sky and gets the biggest balloon. One-time charge, no account, no subscription. Balloons never pop or expire.

What is BalloonBid?
BalloonBid is a pay-to-rank leaderboard. You bid to list your product, site, or X handle as a balloon in a shared sky. The more you bid, the higher your balloon floats and the bigger it gets. It's part directory, part billboard.
How does ranking work?
Rank is by bid amount, highest first. Your balloon's float height is your rank (so the board always fits the screen) and its size follows a square-root curve of your bid, capped so nobody blows out the screen. Ties are broken by who bid first.
How much does it cost?
Whatever you bid — minimum $1, whole dollars only. It's a single one-time charge through Stripe. There is no subscription and no recurring fee.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no signup and no login. You enter a link and a bid, pay once, and your balloon appears.
Does my balloon expire?
No. Balloons never pop and never expire. Once you've paid, your listing floats in the sky indefinitely — though a higher bid from someone else will float above you.
Can I raise my bid later to move up?
Yes. Claim again with a higher bid and a new, larger balloon takes the higher spot.
What can I list?
Any http(s) URL or an X (Twitter) @handle. Pick a category — Agents, SEO, Marketing, Crypto, Developer, Business, Security, Health or Other — so people can filter the board.
What happens when someone taps my balloon?
It opens your link in a new tab and increments your public click counter, shown on the leaderboard.
